1. Getting Started

By signing up and using TarSkillTool, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18 or live in a place where we don’t offer our services, please don’t use our platform. It’s simple — you use our platform, you agree to these Terms. We’ll update them from time to time, so keep an eye out!

Just a heads-up: You can’t use our services if you’re in a country under trade sanctions or export restrictions.

2. Creating Your Account

To use our services, you’ll need an account. This means you’ll share a few details, like your name, email, and payment info. Keep your login details safe because you’re responsible for anything that happens in your account.

If you think someone accessed your account without permission, please let us know right away.

If you're letting someone under 18 access the service through your account, you're responsible for their actions.

3. Pricing & Subscriptions

We have a few different subscription plans available. The prices vary based on where you live, and we’ll show you the exact amount when you sign up. Here’s what you need to know:

 

 

4. Trials

When you subscribe to one of TarSkillTool’s membership plans, you authorize TarSkillTool to charge your card first for the trial fee and then for the full recurring subscription if you decide to continue. After setting up your account, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided, which will outline your billing details. TarSkillTool will also notify you with a reminder email—sent either seven days before the trial ends, or immediately after purchase if the trial is shorter. This reminder will include the trial’s end date, your invoice, and a copy of these Terms of Use. By subscribing, you agree that TarSkillTool may automatically charge your payment method at the end of the trial without further approval. You are responsible for ensuring you can receive these emails. If not, please contact our Customer Support Centre.

 

5. Payments & Billing

When you sign up, we’ll ask you for your payment details. We use secure payment systems, and your card will be charged automatically according to your subscription plan. If something goes wrong with the payment, we’ll try to process it again, but if it still doesn’t work, we might temporarily suspend your access until the issue is fixed.

Payments are automatically charged using the method you provide. Your billing cycle is determined by the subscription plan selected at sign-up. Receipts and confirmations will be emailed to you. Failed payments may be retried, which could alter your payment date. You are responsible for any outstanding balances until your subscription is canceled. TarSkillTool may, at its discretion, provide discounts on subscription plans without prior notice.

All payments are encrypted and may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their actions.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your subscription, so if you need to cancel, you can do that anytime. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Full refunds are only available within 14 days of your payment. We don’t prorate refunds, and you'll still have access until the end of your billing period.

If you’re not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. If you think you’re eligible for a refund, please get in touch with us and we’ll work it out!

TarSkillTool reserves the right to modify its Billing Terms at any time by posting the updated fees on the Service. By continuing to use the Site or purchasing a Membership after these changes, you agree to the new terms.

 

7. What Happens If You Break the Rules

If you don’t follow the rules (like engaging in harmful or illegal activities), we may suspend or even cancel your account. This includes things like:

• Fraud or scams
• Abusive behavior
• Sharing harmful content

If we suspend or cancel your account, we may remove your data from our platform. If you think we’ve made a mistake, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

We also reserve the right to deny access to anyone at our discretion, even if no rules were broken.

 

8. Using Our Services Responsibly

When using TarSkillTool, please don’t do anything that could hurt others, break the law, or mess with our platform. This includes:

• Not impersonating someone else
• Not sharing offensive or illegal content
• Not trying to hack or disrupt our services

We want everyone to have a great experience, so please respect the platform and the people using it.

You acknowledge that TarSkillTool will not be responsible for any claims or conflicts that may arise between you and TarSkillTool.

 

9. Protecting Our Stuff

Everything you see on TarSkillTool (like text, images, logos, software, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You can use it as intended, but you can’t copy, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

If you create something using our platform, we may use it for marketing and improvement purposes — but don’t worry, we’ll respect your rights.

 

10. Limitations of Our Responsibility

We do our best to provide you with a smooth experience, but we can’t be held responsible for things outside of our control. This includes:

• Service outages
• Errors in content
• Loss of data or revenue

We’re not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages either. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you’ve paid for our service during the last month, to the extent allowed by law.

 

11. Your Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect data necessary for running our services, and we’re transparent about how we use it. You can check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

If you want to update or delete your information, just visit your account settings.

 

12. Disputes & Legal Stuff

If something goes wrong, we’ll try to work it out together. If that doesn’t work, any disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Cyprus, not court. We’ll keep things fair, and we won’t allow class-action lawsuits.

Our company acts in compliance with EU consumer protection and product liability legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and its national equivalents. We do not seek to exclude liability in circumstances where it would be illegal to do so. Except where otherwise required by law, we disclaim any liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of our site or services. In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, disputes can be submitted through the European ODR Platform.

If there's ever a difference between this version and a translated version, the English one takes priority.

 

13. Things Outside Our Control

Sometimes, things happen that are beyond our control, like natural disasters or government actions. If something like that affects our ability to provide service, we won’t be held liable.

If the issue continues for more than 30 days, you or we can cancel the agreement without penalty.
